- Attended a Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Capacity Building Workshop on Amrita Virtual Labs at the Safari Park Hotel from 12th to 13th January, 2022 on use of animations and simulations in teaching of science and engineering
- Attended Seminar on Technology Transfer and Commercialization of Intellectual Property on 09th December, 2021 organized by the Division of Research, innovation and Outreach through the Directorate of Research Support and Dissemination at Kenyatta University
- Attended the Virtual International Symposium on Correlation, Polarization and Ionization in Atomic and Molecular Collisions (vCOPIAMC 2021) which was held from 28th to 29th July, 2021
- Attended the 32nd Virtual International Conference on Photonic, Electronic and Atomic Collisions (ViCPEAC2021) conference held from 20th July to 23rd July, 2021. My research paper entitled: “Distorted Wave Born Approximation and Optical Potential Methods in Calculation of Cross Sections for Electron-Potassium Elastic Scattering” was presented during a virtual poster session of the ViCPEAC2021
- Attended a workshop on commercialization of research conducted by Prof. Thomas Bayer , Vice President of Internationalization and Transfer and Director of Africa Institute and Centre for Research on Service Sciences (CROSS), Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences from 13th to 14th July, 2021
- Represent the University in the Kenya Space Agency (KSA) Research Chairs briefing on Nanosatellite Development and Operational Space Weather on 13th September, 2020
- Participated in National Nuclear Institutions (NNI) Workshop held from 19th to 22nd February, 2019 in Naivasha, Kenya
- Participated as a trainer in Ajira-Digital Workshop held from 20th May to 7th June 2019 at Kenyatta University Nakuru Campus

- Invited to attend the 29th International Conference on Photonic, Electronic and Atomic Collisions (ICPEAC) held on 22nd to 28th July, 2015 in Toledo, Spain to present my paper titled Distorted Wave Born and Optical Potential Calculation Methods for Electron-Sodium Elastic Scattering Cross section at Intermediate Energies based on my PhD thesis
- Obtained invitation to Western Michigan University (U.S.A) to attend the 26th ICPEAC held on 22nd – 28th 2009 to present my paper titled Calculation of Cross Sections for Elastic Scattering of Electrons by Magnesium Atom at Intermediate Energies based on my MSc thesis. My abstract was also to be published in the Conference proceedings
